„The war can be over in five minutes with one phone call from Putin to Shoigu, and it will end when the aggressor comes to the conclusion that the victims are not worth the ultimate goal, but has not yet come to that conclusion”. said Shikorski.
The head of Polish diplomacy hopes that the allies will "outline practical steps to strengthen Ukraine's security so that in a few years Ukraine can join the Euro-Atlantic institutions".
